There is a low-quality scan of this entire book at Google Books but they forgot to scan the plates, I think.

The quarter leather binding was in bad shape before I bought the book at that used bookstore in Chapel Hill, NC, USA, and it’s in worse shape after sitting wide open on a scanner.
