The Gateway of St. John’s College, in St. John's College, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England more
From an Etching by H. Toussaint.
St. John’s College, Oxford, was founded in 1555, replacing an earlier college abolished during the Dissolution of the Monasteries. The statue of St. Bernard [I think] over the gateway is from the older building.
