The Royal Porter in gala attire.

A rather stout-looking man with a very Germanic moustache stands facing us. His right arm is extended to hold a staff surmounted with an eagle on an orb. He wears a hat with fur and formal dangly bits, and a coat with an ornate sash. There is a sword at his side, and he has white socks or leggings and black spats.

He looks very serious.
