Haverfordwest (modern spelling) is now in the care of Cadw (Welsh Historic Monuments), according to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority.

The BBC television series Reading the Ruins - an archaeological history of Wales said that Haverfordwest Priory is one of the few surviving archetypal Augustinian priories in Wales.
