Baixeras was a Catalan artist who flourished in Barcelona and also exhibited Paris. He was also a member of the Saint Lluc Artists' Circle (Cercle Artístic de Sant Lluc) founded amongst others by his brothers Joan Llimona i Bruguera and Josep Llimona i Bruguera.
