The title page includes a hint of the owl design from the front cover, with a woman in a long trailing dress standig in an archway of roses.

This is the title page from the 1979 fac simile, so it has the Scolar Press named at the foot. The size given is to the edge of the plain border; the actual page is large as there is a margin of approximately 1cm all round.
