A barefoot woman leans back against the stem of a giant capital letter “A” and lifts away the cloth covering her breasts to expose herself. Fronds and decor in the background include a moon with a bearded face and pointy ears, and a small winged mermaid creature at upper right.

The drawing is signed by Smeeton Tilly as the engraver (Sculptor), and also Yves & Barret, a French printmaker, or more likely two working togther, in lithography and gillotage. The picture is attributed in the caption to the French painter François Emile Ehrmann (1833 – 1910).

There is a separate image of the bearded crescent moon.
