The book does not say it is Crown Copyright, but I am uncertain. I have marked the images as being in the public domain, and in the USA this is true; it would be true also in Canada except that it is an official government publication. On the other hand, I think it unlikely that there would be a problem with people making use of the images, even in Canada.
