Čechy: Spisovatelův a umělcu* Českých, which is, Bohemia: Joint work of Czech writers and artists, František Adolf Šubert, lead, and František Adolf Borovský, co-editor. Yes, they had the same first names.
This is part two, published in 1884. I bought it in a bookshop in Prague, Antiquarian Dlážděná. The book is about 40cm (14 inches) high.
See Czech Wikipedia for some information about the series.
