Georges Rochegrosse (1859 – 1938).

Georges Antoine Rochegrosse was a French artist first known for paintings of historical or Biblical scenes. He later moved to painting Oriental scenes, and moved to Algiers, then later alternating between Algiers and Paris, as the seasons changed.
