Eduard Ameseder (1856 – 1938).
Eduard Ameseder was an Austrian painter.
He was born in Chernovtsy and trained at the academy
of fine art in Vienna from 1877–1884.
He lived in Vienna and also for a time Munich.
He also studied
underEduard von Lichtenfelsand, later,Gustav Schönleber. He was
involved in the design of the Natural History Musue in Vinna
and was a member of the Künstlerhaus, a gallery and
society of fine art that still exists today.
