Eugène Joors, or Joorsz, was a Belgian artist (primarily in oil paint) who studied, and later taught, at the Koninklijke Academie voor Schone Kunsten in Antwerp, in Belgium.

He was taught by Polydore Beaufaux, Nicolaes de Keyser, and Jozef Van Lerius.
He was knmown for genre painting, landscapes and still lifes, but also portaits both of people and of animals. He also copied two paintings by A. van Dyck that were in the Mauritshuis in The Hague.
