Arachnea's Attic has some fun public domain images, although at muh lower resolution.

Bibliography of on-line neo-latin texts links to many digitised texts. Many of the scans are lower resolution than I like, but some of them are every bit as good as mine :-) and higher resolution files are available on request.

Rare Book Room has lots of medium-resolution images taken from the Octavo project.

BibliOdyssey is a blog about old books and images, but does not take care to report the copyrights, so be careful.
