.—English Patriots, as Dr. Priestley and family, Mr. Cooper, of Manchester, &c. &c. who, in the years 1793 and 1794, were obliged to quite a country pregnant with bigotry and persecution, to spend the rest of their days beyond the reach of Arbitrary Power, in a more genial soil, and in a kinder atmosphere, in the calm regions of tranquil liberty and uninterrupted harmony.
