Kai-Omurs (the mighty Omurs),

surnamed Ghil-shah (earth’s king). Son of Du’lavëd, founder of the city Balk, and first of the Kai-Omurs or Paishdad’ian dynasty of Persia (B.C. 940–920). (See Paisdadian.)
