Draggle-tail.

A slut; a woman who allows her petticoats to trail in the dirt. The word should be “daggle-tail” (q.v.), from the Scotch dag (dew on the grass), daggle (wet with the grass-dew), like the Latin colluʹtulo irroʹro.
