Esoterʹical lectures; the lectures of Aristotle, which none but his chosen disciples were allowed to attend. Those given to the public generally were called exoterʹic. (Acroamatic is a Greek word, meaning delivered to an audience, ακρoαoμαι, to attend lectures.)
