Dioˊptricks, or Diopticks
Dioˊptricks, or Dio’pticks [διοπδαικ`η of δἱοπδομαι,Gr.] the doctrine of refracted vision, or that part of opticks which treats of refracted rays, and their union with one another,
according as they are received by glasses, of this or that figure.
