  8. Historic Montreal Past and present published by Henry Morgan; it has paintings by Paul Caron. Undated, but more than 50 years since publication, and I think out of copyright here in Canada. Bought at Odyssey Books, 1439 Rue Stanley, Montreal, QC, Canada on 5th August 2007.
