	This ornately engraved coloured design is on the page before the title page, and says: The Art of Illuminating As Practised in Europe From the Earliest Times Note that this 1860 book was not printed with the four-colour process, but instead uses only solid “spot colours”—I could at least five on this page—each printed in a separate pass through the press.
