Originally pre-Norman, the present stately house was started at about 1605, and was designed by John Thorpe. It is now a police training centre. This is definately by Frank Mason Good. I have seven of Good’s stereoviews of Bramshill, including the one above, which is titled ‘Bramshill, Hants – The Seat of Sir William H. Cope, Bart. The West Facade, See also Mitford’s “Our Village” and Burke’s “Visitation of Seats” etc.’ This dates from around 1870.
I have over 25,000 Victorian stereoviews, including several thousand of England, including work by Frith, Good, Fenton, Wilson, Bedford, Sedgfield (over 500 views), etc.
