Drawn by H. Gastineau. Engraved by J. Hinchiffe. Haverfordwest (modern spelling) is now in the care of Cadw (Welsh Historic Monuments), according to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority. The BBC television series Reading the Ruins - an archaeological history of Wales said that Haverfordwest Priory is one of the few surviving archetypal Augustinian priories in Wales. |
